Come discover the favorite spots of our INDEE girls in Ghent.

Here we go again for an INDEE girl’s city trip, and this time we're heading to Ghent. A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of visiting Ghent with some of our INDEE girls. They showed us around their city with its typical alleys and fortress, giving Ghent the look of a postcard. From street art to architecture, the charm is immediate, and you'll see that there's no shortage of things to do in Ghent: this Flemish city is teeming with culture all year round!

Ghent is the second most populous city in Belgium, making it an attractive and particularly lively city, especially due to its student life. It's true that there's no shortage of activities to do in Ghent. Seeing the café terraces and the quays, everyone rushes to enjoy the "good life in Ghent," and we're no exception!
If you decide to visit Ghent, we recommend doing so by bike, as the city is specially designed and adapted for cycling.

For our first stop, the girls wanted to take us to one of their favorite clothing boutiques, Mister Jones and Miss Katie, located at Onderbrengen 72, 9000 Gent. They recently moved and have become a very cool boutique. They focus on young adults and older customers. Véronique, the store manager, and her saleswomen are amazing at giving you advice and finding the perfect piece that fits you like a glove. The boutique is located in the center of Ghent where you can find plenty of cool little shops, cafes, and trendy entrepreneur-owned restaurants...

After our shopping stop, we were a little thirsty, so the girls took us to the Bidon bar, Bisdomkaai 25. It's a pleasant bike-themed café/bar located along the water, near Portus Ganda.

Right next door, the girls introduced us to Viola, a top interior shop that also does ceramics. You'll find vintage items combined with objects from small artisan workshops. It's located at the corner of Bisdomkaai and Jan Plafijnstraat. The interior is lovely, the counter is red, and the shop is full of things: glasses, plates, candles, cutlery... You can have a nice coffee there and look for gadgets in the basement.

The girls then settled along the canal to chat, and from there, we have a superb view of the water and the historical buildings in front.

After all that, it was time for a nibble, and what's better than a good pizza? We stopped at EAT LOVE PIZZA, Ajuinlei 10, Ghent. The restaurant works with local organic farmers. We enjoyed it! Another very cool address is the neighbor of the pizzeria, Elmo, a top bar run by the same owner as the pizza restaurant.
