Shipping, Returns and Refunds

SHIPPING

INDEE Collection is committed to ship your order from the warehouse within two days of payement from Monday to Friday. You will receive a shipping email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Shipping is HOME DELIVERED by Bpost UPS or FEDEX.

European Union Countries(*) - shipping costs: 15€ - Free shipping for orders above 150€.

(*) Except France - shipping costs: 10€, free shipping on orders above 150€. Switzerland and Norway : Shipping costs: 25€ - customs duties to be handled by the customers

REDUCED SHIPPING RATE FOR BENELUX, and GERMANY: 7€ - free shipping for orders above 150€

Outside Europe on request(*) - shipping costs : United-States and United-Kingdom, Israel: 40 €, Japan, Australia, Singapour, Koweit : 50 €  

Be aware , all eventual customs duties/charges are handled by the customer, the purchaser.

 

 

 

Indicative Delivery Time:

EU: usually 2 working days - up to 6 working days. 

Non EU: usually up to 10 working days

 

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase without penalty and without giving any reason according to art. VI.47 of the Belgian code of Economic Law. However, if you decide to cancel your purchase under those provisions, the costs for shipping any products to us are at your expense - will be charged to you.

To cancel your purchase under those provisions :

  1. You should notify us thereof within 14 calender days after the day of receipt of the product.
  2. We strongly recommend you  to send us the goods unused, not damaged, not soiled and in their original packaging
  3. It would be better to make sure that all original accessories, tags and labels are still attached to the product.
  4. You should send the products back to us, within the 14 days after legal notification

Notice of purchase cancellation can be given through the form :Formulaire-de-retractation.pdf (fgov.be) , or through an unambiguous declaration addressed to info@indeecollection.com. From the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw to us, you will have 14 calendar days to send the product back. Products must be sent back to us at the following address :

We recommend you to keep the tracking code and shipment date as an evidence of sending the product back to us. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will have it collected from you at your cost.

Please notice that all returns are at your charges and costs, we are not responsible for any follow up of the tracking and sending concerning returns.  

For all returns from outside the EU we ask you to systematically send us a mail notifying that you want to return items and saying what you want to return. After notifying us we'll send you a return label and a custom duty for DHL. 

We strongly advise you to choose our DHL label for returns, they can send the goods in express and we can have a good follow up of your tracking to avoid any losses or problems during the sending.

 

REFUNDS

We will issue you a refund for any amounts already paid by you for any purchase cancelled under the above conditions. The original shipping cost of the order ( basic shipping rate) will be refunded. Refund will be issued within 14 calendar days after we received your notice of purchase cancellation.

 

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You benefit from a legal warranty for any defect in products purchased by you if it appears within two years from delivery. Products are presumed to be defective if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six month of purchase. We shall in no event be liable for any defect in a product that occurs more than two years after the product has been delivered. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or as a result of your actions are not considered to be faulty or defective.

You must inform us of your intention to invoke the legal warranty at latest within two month from the day you discovered the defect.

If you would like to exchange a defective product instead of obtaining a refund, note that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, and this only if such replacement product is available. If possible, we will offer to repair defective products. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled, to a refund.

Nothing in this article is intended to affect the right you may have under the relevant provisions on the sale of consumption goods.
